The hotel was small but comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The immediate area is luxury shopping. It felt like being in Las Vegas, with a high end brand name every two steps. It’s global luxury goods, and it’s not what I was in Japan for.

The Ginza is a very competitive area as far as hotels are concerned and the b Ginza can hold its own. Very convenient for public transportation and the main street of the Ginza district is just a couple of short blocks away and Family Mart is right there for snacks & the like. The free beer/cocktail, one per night, was a nice touch. The rooms are small & efficient but the one minus was that the corner rooms didn't have the greatest view. Otherwise highly recommend for the price conscious traveller.

The staff took cakes I had purchased to bring back home and kept them in the freezer for me so I could make the trip back with souvenirs from my last stop. Thank you so much! The craft beer and juice selection in the lobby fridge was great. I would have enjoyed a draft beer at the hotel bar but having access to bring drinks back to the room after a long day of travel was really great.

Initial staff member I talked to was slightly rude but after that everyone was friendly and helpful. Bar downstairs was lovely. Great location, close to all public transport and a quiet area. Beds were a little uncomfortable and I don’t think we ever got a full bed sheet change after 3 days as promised. Other than that, all was great.

Excellent place to stay.
Brilliant stay, room was very comfortable, slept like a log. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet of a western/Japanese mix. Very good location for Ginza and the surrounding restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean. Breakfast selection limited, although staff in restaurant very nice. Room bigger than some in Tokyo. Bed was not made, this was not a big deal, but it's nice to come back to a made bed. Lift was quite slow to get about hotel. As Tokyo hotels go, it was fine. We’ve had worse, we've had better.
