Overall, the hotel was decent, with spacious rooms that were more generous than most you’d typically find in Tokyo. However, we had a disappointing experience upon arrival. We reached the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were charged an extra fee for early check-in. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such a policy—especially for such a short time frame. It felt unreasonable. Additionally, while the hotel itself was comfortable, the location was less than ideal if you’re looking to explore Tokyo. Getting to most attractions required at least two metro transfers, making it time-consuming to reach popular areas. If convenience and quick access to the city are priorities for your trip, you might want to consider a hotel that’s more centrally located.

Lovely, visually stunning hotel. Only detractor was the bed- it was far too firm. It didn’t seem like there was anything wrong with the bed and I assume all beds in the hotel are the same. Hotel was nice and location was great but would stay elsewhere due to the mattress.

clean, comfortable, close to train station, has a family mart, Hotel provides everything that you need, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, comb, facial wash, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, and more. They clean your room everyday. Everyday you come back, you find your room super clean and they give you new towels each day. We stayed 6 nights and we loved it!

Very nice modern style hotel. Location is bit far from downtown but subway station is just 5 mins walk from hotel. I think breakfast menu should have more healthy options compare to a lot of sweet food. Hotel room very comfortable

Modern hotel with awesome Japanese ammenities in a safe area directly in front of the Shiomi station. Other positives are lots of English speaking staff to help foreigners like us, Family Mart that's attached to the hotel, grocery store close by, laundry facility, and an Onsen!! The only 2 negatives for us are the small room size and the lack of weight equipment in the gym but the positives far outweigh these. Recommend!
