Overall, the hotel was decent, with spacious rooms that were more generous than most you’d typically find in Tokyo. However, we had a disappointing experience upon arrival. We reached the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were charged an extra fee for early check-in. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such a policy—especially for such a short time frame. It felt unreasonable. Additionally, while the hotel itself was comfortable, the location was less than ideal if you’re looking to explore Tokyo. Getting to most attractions required at least two metro transfers, making it time-consuming to reach popular areas. If convenience and quick access to the city are priorities for your trip, you might want to consider a hotel that’s more centrally located.

The hotel has a great breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We went with our daughter and son-in-law and 1.5-year-old grandson. They had room for a bed for their child and room to move around. The location is nice. Right by public transportation to get to Disney and the Tokyo station easily.

Location is definitely the best part. Overall i enjoyed my stay because its very convenient to the train station, convenient store and super market. Theres also some really good places to eat nearby. The service was good for the most part. There was a small incident where they forgot to replace my comforter for two nights when it was dirty but i understand it was a minor mistake and they tried their best to rectify afterwards. Overall the place was really nice and amenities were as shown in their marketing which i really appreciate. Definitely will book again next time i visit Tokyo.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our family's first trip to Japan. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated throughout, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. One of our favorite aspects of our stay was the free breakfast buffet. The atmosphere was delightful, and there was enough variety in the food to suit all of our different tastes. The bathhouse amenities were a close second, and we made sure to stop by every evening to rest after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, and there are several restaurants and stores in the area as well if you're looking to stock up on snacks and beverages. Overall, we would be more than happy to stay here again if we ever returned to Tokyo.
