It was everything we needed
Amazing hotel. It was nice being out of the hustle of Tokyo city but only a short train ride to get back to Tokyo. The FamilyMart in the hotel was super convenient. Hotel was super clean and had nice little touches.

Property looks elegant and provides some good amenities such as coffee in your room, however the spa was dirty, some of the cleaning staff were unprofessional and left some dirty covers in the room, and does not provide basic amenities such as water bottles if you want any extra.

Very nice, clean, welcoming, loved that it has a convenient store connected to it. It was right outside the train station which was very convenient. Also located ear restaurants and a supermarket.

Upon arrival, staff was extremely friendly and they try to check in as quickly as possible. A convenience is there is a money changer in the hotel, a train station is less than a 3 min walk, a family mart is attached to the hotel, and there is a restaurant that serves pretty good food inside. We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly loved the hotel. Everything was extremely clean, amenities great, quiet area, and you even receive pajamas, tooth brush, toothpaste, facial cleanser and face moisturizer. If you stay, Skippers Shiomi is amazing for something casual.

Amazing stay , close to Tokyo Big Sight
Was having an event at Tokyo Big Sight, and this hotel location is super close to the venue. Came to know that this hotel is closed to Disneyland, at least the train nearby goes towards there. The hotel comes with public hot bath, which is awesome after the long day. Family mart is just connecting to the hotel. Room is spacious, clean. The toiletries is at the lobby to take, and the quality of it is very good. Please take what you need, as I would love the hotel to be able to keep this available for future stay. Overall, very pleasant stay, will stay again

Nice and comfortable hotel
Everything about this hotel is nice. The receptionist is friendly. The room is quite a good size for Tokyo. The bed is clean and comfortable. The onsen in the hotel is quite good. The location is close to the train station. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice as well. If you bring car the parking is quite easy and it cost 2000 yen per day. Overall is a very nice hotel.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The room was great for our family as we only needed one room for the four of us. The bath house was a great amenity that we enjoyed. The location was also great and just 2 min from the metro. The restaurant was also very nice and the prices were reasonable for an easy go to if needed. Also recommend the nearby burger joint ‘Skippers’

Almost perfec!
Really first class hotel. Beautiful and spacious room. Very quiet. Very close to metro station. Large and clean spa. Beautiful French restaurant with good service. This would be a perfect hotel if it had a concierge. It is bewildering why such a high quality establishment does not have a dedicated guest assistant. I wanted to book a massage and the front desk gave me an ad with phone number. I could not figure out how to make the call and when I did I got a message in Japanese. I wasted an evening trying to book this service. It would have been great if the hotel could help with that. The tv has only one channel in English. The restaurant offers European menu and it would have been nice if it had a selection of traditional Japanese dishes. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.
