The room wads as expected small, but manageable. Booking a hotel room for 3 weeks that has a washing machine was important, but to my surprise there were no clothes dryers. One could be rented for hanging clothes for ¥300 per day. Considering the cost of the room and that a room where people wash clothes they naturally need to dry them (the machine was a dryer too - but I air dry)... then a silly policy like ¥300 per day was a bit cheeky. The room was not very clean and I kept finding long hairs in the room and bathroom. Even after the weekly clean it was still dusty (behind TV, bed headboard etc... Great location an easy 10 minute walk into Shinjuku central - but not sure I would stay again...

Clean and quiet hotel with helpful staff. Kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Easy check in and check out with no problems at all. Close to Oedo subway line station which connects to Shinjuku Station in just a couple minutes ride, also close to Chuo Koen Park. If you'd rather walk you can get to Shinjuku Station in about 15 minutes. Would stay here again.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it is my go to hotel when in Japan. It is clean, has everything (and more) that you need and the staff are incredibly helpful. It is in a great location and is walkable to most places. Would definitely recommend.

No refunds. But location great.
First all, I needed to shorten my dates for my accommodations. But was. It able to get a refund through hotels.com nor the actual hotel. I explained my situation but they did not issue a refund even though I purchased insurance (scam) lesson learned. But the hotel was in a great location and rooms are smaller than ones in the US for the price. Location was great, near a train station and kombinis.
