We had a great stay here. The room was a little small, but that's what we expected near Tokyo. Great location within a few minutes walk to a train station. Everything was very clean and the staff was very polite. Breakfast was excellent. The washer/dryer combo in the room was very convenient. They were able to hold our luggage after check out so we could enjoy our last day since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

The room was spacious for Japan. Did not have a view but that was fine because room had a lot of natural light. Bed super comfy, lots of toiletries, empty onsen. Close to train

Great location and super convenient mod cons
Excellent location and friendly and helpful staff. Coffee available all day in the lobby. Walking distance to Shinagawa makes it very well placed to get around Tokyo and beyond. The washer dryer in the room was such a helpful thing to have and is well translated and easy to operate.

While most of the customer service staff does not speak good English, they have been helpful in assisting me to find doctors when my friend was unwell. The only thing being that they do not provide additional pillows when I asked for extra pillows as the provided pillows are too soft. If they have units that are bigger than 23 m2, it would be of great advantage.
