Had the opportunity to stay here for a week my first time in Tokyo. The staff are wonderful, and having a breakfast and cup of coffee ready in the morning was great. Nothing fancy but a great jumping off point for your adventures.

Clean rooms, basic but everything you need
Plane was late so werent going to be in time for check in at 10pm but phoned and they said would wait for us ( we think as needed airport info person to interpret). Rooms clean. Beds very very firm- but slept pretty well. Line for complimentary breakfast was so long at 6.35am we didnt have time to wait.

The non-smoking was just that, with no hint of smoking. There is free ice and water in the lobby which was a welcome item on returning from a long, hot day of exploring the city. Many of the staff spoke English, which was helpful. The Japanese breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room size was very reasonable for the price, and larger than some I have been ink. I didn’t feel cramped.
