The rooms are clean, small, and well appointed. English instructions are provided. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but a fair walk to the nearest subway stations (about 1km to Sakurashinmachi and Komazawa-Daigaku).

The washer actually dries as well, that's why it washes for over 2hours on auto! The property was clean and has enough space for a big luggage without it getting to much in the way. The place is very well located with nearby grocery and convinience store. It had all the basic amenities and check in was a breeze. Thank you

Directions are very clear to get to the property, simple apartment, has every essential needs and amenities in the place. Just be ready to walk up to 12 mins to get to a train station though.

It was a nice clean space, remote, and in a quiet part of Tokyo. Slightly out of the way from the nearby train stations, but not a big deal. A very fair price to live in Tokyo! However, it is quite out of the way from the touristy activities, so if one is visiting to do a lot of tourist activities, you may or may not consider finding a place closer to the city. Most of my commutes took about an hour, but Shibuya and Shinjuku are quite close - about 30 minute commute (including the 10 minute walk from this place to the station).

It only took me 8 mins to get to the station, it’s a nice .3 mile walk to a lawsons, there is access to a gym in komazawa park which costs 500 yen for 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean and includes a fire stove top, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, dehumidifier for drying clothes, mini heater, and includes amenities. It was a very nice stay and I will book again if I come back to Japan.

The property was nicely sized, clean and full of amenities. The washing and cooking facilities were a very welcome addition! Contact with the owners was very quick and straightforward. I stayed for nearly a month with no issues. The location is quiet, close to the train station, and has food and shops nearby, with just a short DT-Line ride to reach Shibuya. I would absolutely stay here again!
