Misunderstanding revealed low EQ
This property includes two separate units. Host did not inform us of upstairs and downstairs unit so we entered first floor unit with access instructions. Once contacting host upon arrival, she informed us we were in the wrong unit and was quite impatient. Both units had the same access information. When we moved everything to upstairs, she complained she would have to clean bathroom downstairs since we used it since she had guests coming for 1st floor until in the morning. When inquiring about thermostat, she complained that she doesn't want guests touching the thermostat and became very agitated that she had to change it. NO instructions on the thermostat. Beautiful, clean property on both levels but very, very poor customer service.
