We loved the room and how nice it was. Location of the hot breakfast should be communicated with guests when checking in. Once we found it - it was great! All staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay again - for a longer next time!

Love the kitchen and the large rooms it’s like having your own little apartment love love loved. Everything is so well Thought out. The kitchen is well stocked. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. We’ll definitely go back Rose.

It's a great place to stay! Location is great to explore Toledo! The restaurants were endless! Great food too! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go! Also a great breakfast at no extra cost! It's a win win!

Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was good. They were quite busy and had difficulty keeping up with restocking, but food choices and quality were good. The valet service was disorganized. Cars trapped in.... So I just recommend you give yourself enough time to stop at the valet and to have them get your car.

We stayed for a week in one of the studio suites. Upon arrival it was clean and was greeted and checked in quickly. Used the Valet service the first night and parking structure parking the other nights. The only downside is there was no automatic refresh of the room during our entire stay and we had to ask for extral towels at least twice. Also would be good for breakfast to end at 10 am instead of 9 am. Overall would return.

Loved it here. Only thing was the pungent smell when you enter the lobby. But the moment you enter the rooms you don’t smell it anymore. Other than that, it was a good stay.
