Parking is right there in the property. For Americans, be mindful it is Europe, and old town not designed for cars (they did not existed back then), so as long as you rented an European hatch, it should be no problem. Else, park outside and take a bus up to the town. You won't need a car once you are in the area. It is extremely well located, knowing all the old town would be a breeze. One can walk to the museums, restaurants, and stores. No problem. It provides an amazing feel for the architecture and tradition. It is on its walls and decor, lovely space. Breakfast is simple, but convenient. Low in protein if that is on your concerns. Might want to skip and eat outside if needed. Fair amount of options, all at walking distance.

The hotel is positioned in a good walking distance area to the main square. It is set aside from the crowded areas. It as a lovely roof terrace to enjoy in the evenings.

The hotel is about a 5 min walk but it is up and down walk through the cobbled streets to the main square. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly with decent English. The breakfast is continental in style. If you haven't included it your booking €7 will get you plenty even if its a restricted menu. I would stay again.

There was no ac and they brought a portable ac which required them to keep the balcony door open which let all the hot air in. I talked to them about not staying the rest of my stay and they said that was fine. And they would authorize refund. Then they denied my refund even though I only stayed one night

Came to Spain for a wedding and Booked three nights in this lovely hotel. Staff was very accommodating, the room clean, and the Air conditioning much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this quaint Hotel without reservations.

Excellent hotel in a quiet area but walking distance to everything. Excellent AC, which really matters on those hot days! Beautiful view of the Cathedral out my window. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be a small fridge for cold drinks. Overall a great stay- highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. I arrived around 1:00 pm. It was great that the room was ready. The Wi-Fi worked well. There was plenty of hot and cold water. The air conditioner worked well. Even though the room was by the entrance to the hotel, my sleep was not interrupted with my earplugs. There are restaurants nearby. The cathedral was a short walk away. The ride from the Toledo train station cost about nine euros. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

This was a charming hotel for our stay in Toledo. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it. Driving was tricky with our larger rental car however the staff directed us to a nearby parking garage which worked well.

Great hotel with outstanding staff!
The hotel staff are wonderful, very helpful, and pleasant, especially Angel, Erica, Juan & Lourdes. The breakfast was excellent-huge and fresh croissants, yogurt, Spanish ham, cheese, orange juice, and coffee. The streets are very narrow so you must drive carefully. It is best to drive a small car. We drove a 9-passenger van and we had to park away from the hotel and outside the town area with the help of Angel, Juan & Lourdes. Everything is within walking distance from this hotel. The room we stayed in initially had an a/c problem. A temporary stand-alone a/c was provided but after one very uncomfortable night in this room, Angel was able to give us a much better room. Thank you, Angel! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
