For a light sleeper, some of the rooms would not be suitable. There is road noise but it diminishes quickly during the early evening. Bed is firm and comfortable, water is hot, fridge works, room is spacious and the onwer is great.

On a very busy major road,difficult to turn in and out of,parking bays oddly marked out,if you have a 4x4 it could be a challenge,front windows on unit 12a do not have locks or latches on them and could easily be accessed from outside.bathroom looking very tired and dated,shower screen needed a good scrubbing or replacement.

After a long drive I was really able to relax in the comfy lounge. Everything functioned very well. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. For an older chap, it would be good to have a rail or handle near the toilet.

Comfortable accommodation for a couple, reasonable roomy. Central location to local sites. Olny small issue was unusual parking and road access needed great care in exiting.

Power points at bed head were actually below and behind the mattress so difficult to access when you needed to use a CPAP machine. On the positive side staff were very friendly and our booking had been handled very efficiently. The shower was excellent for water temperature and control. Priced appropriately given the property is showing its age and could do with a refurbishment
