The Motel Staff were great, especially the Manager on the day, and even moreso when I discovered we had booked and arrived a day early. Unfortunately Wotif were completely useless in trying to assist with my mistake. Their assistance consisted of gobbledook, double speaking and was completely unintelligible. After sorting things out privately with the manager, I spent the rest of the evening cancelling all my bookings with WOTIF and re-booking at other properties privately. I will never book with WOTIF again!
