Overall, very pleased.
Everything about our stay was great! The hotel was packed for the weekend with many events, but it was still pretty quiet. The check-in staff was great and quickly took care of some issues with our third-party reservation. The only issue was at the breakfast when 2 out of the 3 days we ate there the coffee was allowed to run empty and people were waiting or left because it took a long time to brew another giant urn. The breakfast attendant wasn't as attentive to the job as I would have expected. Other things under their purview were also a bit neglected, such as the glasses available for juice weren't refilled when the stack was gone. Otherwise, we stay here frequently and have never been unhappy with our stay! Like the pool--wish there was a hot tub.

Everyone who works at this hotel is friendly and very accommodating. The biggest issue is that the hotel is tired. Our room smelled like old smoke. Probably in the upholstery. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fairly run down. And it’s not near much except for the events center.

Nice room in a nice building.
We could not find a reasonable price on a hotel, I guess there were events in the area that had driven prices up. I booked here with the attitude that we get what we pay for and was pleasantly surprised to find a nice clean room with an old classy feel in the building. The pillows my only complaint as they were what we refer to as envelopes, they were squishy.

Everything was just Ok.
The wallpaper is peeling on the walls. Everything is dated in the hotel rooms. They will provide additional towels if asked and won't clean your room while you are there unless specifically asked. The Breakfast bar was open at 7 but would have been nice if would had adjusted their hours for the event. It is hard for them to find your package if you have it shipped there.
