Funny staff. I only have 2 chairs but my family is 4. Thus, I request 2 more chairs. But they give 2 beach chairs. The staff doesn't check any room conditions. I don't want recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for the amenities: pool, hotub , sauna. Sauna was out of order and the pool were the hotub was located had closed when i arrived. Bar was nice. A hotel guest accross from my room started screaming like a lunatic in the hall and hitting walls and doors violently. I feared for my safety and did not want to leave my room quite honestly. I trued to call for help to report the crazy lady in the hall, at all hotel numbers noone answered. When i checked out they asked how my stay was and shared they above and all i got was " i am sorry". No voucher or free stay, nada. Will never return. Horrendous!

The only front desk staff was the only part of the stay that was pleasant. The room was a sub basement level with Windows that were just for show, the shower faucet broke, the hot water kept going out, and it was very noisy overall. Also, it works have been good to know that the pool actually belongs to the health club- guests are allowed to use it, but the staff will be rude to you when you try.

The fire alarms were triggered twice in the middle of the night during our stay but the second time we need to get out of our rooms since the fire department came to check. We’re not able to sleep well because we’re worried that the alarms might turn on again. The receptionist did not even inform us about what happened. I like the hotel it’s very nice and comfy. The price is very affordable as well and the staffs are nice!
