Free GOOD ground coffee in lobby and water refill station, delicious food at great prices in restaurant. Staff are SO FRIENDLY! Pool looked great too but we forgot swim suits 🙃. Be advised that cabs at night will take advantage of you and charge $50 from Downsview Park when during the day it’s only $20 and we even walked halfway back from a concert and the still wanted $50!

I tried to do an early checkin and it didn't work out. I went to a all day music festival where i lost my purse with my wallet and phone. When i finally got back to the hotel, they would not allow me to check in since i didn't have id or credit card, even though the room was paid in full already. I have put in two requests through Expedia for a refund on the room and have not heard back. I'm disappointed with this experience. Also the restaurant has slow service, don't go there if you're in a rush.

Pool was nice and hot, very relaxing hot tub. Staff was rude, poorly managed; communication lacking. Limited dinning, restaurant on site was okay but no other sit down restaurant in a 20-30min vicinity. Room service never replaced towels.

The pool is good the front desk staff is good. Only think to say is the carpets in the needed a good cleaning or even get ride of it would even better. The rest of the hotel looks good.

The lobby is very clean and you have many accommodation (pool, full vending machine, etc.) but there is a smell in the room. The carpet is not very clean and bed are too soft

There were many people that were staying at that hotel that seemed like they were living there, their doors were open, they would COOk in their room, and the SMELL was something I truly struggled to tolerate (threw up more than once), they did room service when they wanted to and they left food I left at the door without throwing it away, same with towels. I found it the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
