Great spot for an overnight layover!
Great place for an overnight layover. The shuttle was very much appreciated, as was the opportunity to still have a meal in the restaurant at 10:30pm after travelling all day. Nicely decorated room, spacious and clean.

Nice and convenient near airport with shuttle.
Comfy beds, clean. Shuttle was great. Check in was a bit confusing and we did not receive our breakfast vouchers so in the morning we had to go back to desk to get them then return to restaurant. Planes start taking off at 630 am. But we were getting up early anyway.

Great hotel and shuttle service.
We parked our car in their garage before our vacation and took the shuttle to the airport. On our return 16 days later we were shuttled back to the hotel for the night.

toilet paper roll broken. We only had 4 hours between flights and the shuttle driver took 25 minutes to pick us up while the hotel was just 2 miles away. One of the check in staff took 5 minutes to file things rather than help us

Arriving in this room i was very impressed on how clean and well prepped the room was. I also really enjoyed the design on the walls giving it more of a modern feeling. Fromt staff was great ans very polite. All around grsat stay.

The property and location was great for a one night layover in toronto. However, there was a mix up with the driver to the hotel. The hotel staff that called after was not very helpful, and the driver took us to a wrong best western hotel, then returned us to the airport without a way to get back. There was no empathy or consideration from the hotel staff after landing close to midnight and having over an hour in delays due to their transportation service.
