The stay was excellent in virtually every aspect. The only issue we encountered we requested and received a king bed room. The one we were given was ADA accessible, which again was fine..except it was almost impossible to keep the shower water from escaping the stall and getting on the floor.

A solid addition to downtown properties, well located with very friendly and helpful staff throughout. It is not in Yorkville - tourists beware! It's at Sherbourne, which is walkable to Yorkville but is itself still a rather poor area of Toronto. My room was small but comfortable. The television was ridiculously complicated and the light panel missed the floor lamp (I just unplugged it). The air conditioner really missed the mark. I had to set it at 13 degrees to keep the room from overheating. Closet space is excellent - there's even drawers in the bathroom. I'd stay there again for sure (just maybe not in the summertime).

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is very well appointed, modern and innovative. The decor is awesome! Our kids LOVED this hotel (so did we). Easy to walk around or grab an Uber/Lyft. FYI We parked in public underground lot next door as it was less than half the daily price at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone at any age!

We loved this hotel! It was really beautiful and a great price (booked via Expedia). The staff were all very helpful and everything was a 10-15 min Uber ride, or a roughly 30-45 min walk if you’re feeling up to it!

Everything about this property was well above expectations, by far the nicest and cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. Everything was perfect, staff was super friendly! The room was actually unbelievable with all of the lights being contolled on a touch pad, even the curtains?! This place was amazing, 10/10 would reccomend to friends/family and I will most definitely be returning in the future.
