Rating also has something to do with price. I paid $735 for one night because apparently the whole city was busy and very few choices but it’s criminal a property that is basically a Travelodge can change this rate. But, I guess a I’m the coop for paying it. Checked in late, went for dinner and came back. Room smelled musty. Went to bed and got up and that’s when we noticed the filth. Pink mold on the shower head, drain didn’t drain and looked like the tub had been cleaned with a dirty rag. The grout the bathroom was filthy. Marks dirt and grime on the walls of the bathroom, some of which I’m sure was blood. Behind the bathroom door looked like it had never seen a mop or a broom. I have pictures and was in a room 324. Fee free to check. This is just lack of care by the staff. A property doesn’t have to be new to be well taken care of and clean. I certainly wouldn’t have been so disappointed at $200 a night but would still have brought it up.

The only problem i had was that when I webt to use the fridge. It turns out it want cleaned out properly as there was like a thing of sandwich meat stuck to the room and had liquid come out when I removed it. Just need to souble check those things, other than that great time at the hotel.

I didn’t like that check in was 4:00 pm, so I had to leave and get something’s done, so instead of waiting around I I did a little sight seeing before places starts closing. So I ended up checking in at until 9:30 pm. Overall I was comfortable.

Great location. Everything Downtown is walking distance or a short Uber ride away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. I didn’t use the restaurant facilities though menu seems good. Property is a bit old and tired looking but other than that I had a good stay.

It is very bad experience this hotel. I booked 2 queen bad for 2 rooms when we got there manager told us he doesn’t have 2 queen bad plus he was so rude. He told us if don’t like this we can leave. That time is 12AM. We have three small kids.

Staff were excellent. Room had good amenities and was clean. Tv stopped working on the last night but we reported to front desk and hopefully they fixed it before next guests. Very convenient to subway.
