Booking in was about an 1 hour process due to only two staff members at the check in desk . Guest were lined up to the main entrance. Arrived tired and hungry from a flight at around 7:00 PM and didn’t get to the room until after 8PM

I had a large amount of family staying there because we were attending my grandfather's funeral. Check in was fairly easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Close to airport. Restaurants in walking distance. Only complaint is there was a hole with an object hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Overall, my stay was pretty good.

Arrived on Thursday evening and there was a very long line up to register. The front desk lady was nice and professional but there should have been an extra staff member to fill your 4 stations. I paid for a room with 3 people and only had 2 bath towels. I called housekeeping and left a message since they did not answer and never got an additional towel. We needed a bottle opener and no one could provide us with one. The mattress was not very comfortable. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds and they were double. I paid for 2 nights of parking and could not get in the parking lot on my return from conference on Friday. When leaving Saturday morning, we also had a hard time with the gate to open for our vehicle.

Had wait a hr for extra towels got a room for 4 and only had 2 towels, pool was freezing so had to get extra blankets, asked for blankets at the reception she told us they would be sent to our room, called 45mins later and was told house keeping was closed and to come get them, Kids were screaming running up and down the hall, playing in the elevators and slamming doors, got no sleep. Check out is at 12pm, and had the cleaning lady knocking at the door at 9am to clean, She woke us up, Will never go back!!

Dated and could use a but more cleaning
The hotel did not meet expectations for the price. The airport shuttle service, shared with the Sheraton, was excellent, arriving on time and frequently. However, check-in was slow; although there were only three people in line, no staff was at the reception desk, and we waited five minutes before someone arrived to assist. The room was small, outdated, and had low ceilings—which I don’t typically mind—but the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Dust covered the headboard, stains were visible on the head lamp, and dust had gathered on the vents. Despite booking for four people, the room was only stocked with two towels and two facecloths. This double room with two double beds could be much improved with a bit more care and attention, especially given the hotel’s higher rates compared to others in the area.
