I always stay here when I am in the city for conferences. It's walking distance from the convention centre and close to restaurants. It also has a starbucks in the lobby which is an added bonus.

Positive: Beds are comfortable. Negative: Rooms dirty, controller was nasty with some food or vomit on it… Starbucks I received a stale hard breakfast sandwich and a vanilla latte that was not good… I rarely leave reviews but I have been very disappointed with the last two Delta hotels I have booked.

Everything just a little tired. None of the cups are covered in plastic - post-COVID this is minimum expectation. Smallest washroom I’ve ever had. Couch was dirty looking. Sheet/comforter/sheet nothing seemed fresh or clean. Waited hours for extra towels and coffee.

Staff was courteous, and the rooms and common areas are clean. I love the convenience, restaurants and gift shop on property. I would have liked for them to clean the hot tub and perhaps keep life jackets at the pool for kids. Overall experience was great and I would definitely go back. I didn't mind the airplanes or the noise from them at all, I went with kids and that was the highlight of the trip for them.
