We have been staying at this property for 8 years. The last 3 times we have gone we have noticed things changing drastically. The complimentary Managers Reception used to be fantastic for food and service. It’s now terrible for service and other than some potato chips and packets of saltine crackers there is no food. The morning breakfast has also gone downhill with the number of choices and poor quality of food. Our room was next to the elevator and very loud as well the morning housekeepers were vacuuming very early. Our kitchen had no dishes. We were offered paper plates and plastic cutlery from the front desk. Our room was missing a garbage can. The attention to detail and the little extras that set this hotel above others are unfortunately no longer there for at least the last 18 months. The front lobby used to be beautiful. It now has almost dead plants/trees and a broken water feature. The furniture is looking tired in the lobby and it was ‘well worn’ in our room. It’s time to try another hotel that offers a more upscale service and the extras that this hotel used to offer.

Clean hotel, but no in door activities for guest. The staff was professional and nice! This is the first embassy suites that inform guest during breakfast that they are about to breakdown the buffet and if we would like anything else. I have never experienced this! This is being thoughtful to guest!
