The breakfast at this hotel is abysmal, clearly designed to cut costs at the expense of quality. The food is poorly prepared, and even basic items lack freshness. The environment is noisy, with constant disturbances from the nearby motorway and haulage businesses. Worse, staff are unresponsive, frequently ignoring requests or failing to follow through on promises. They also seem to lack basic comprehension, making simple tasks unnecessarily difficult. The hotel’s location is equally disappointing. Situated in an industrial area, it’s far from anything of interest. The nearest convenience store is a five-minute drive away, and the closest bus stop is a 20-minute walk. Walking anywhere isn’t an option, given the noisy and unattractive surroundings. The gym is poorly maintained, with dirty equipment and malfunctioning machines. The swimming pool is murky, the jacuzzi is broken, and the pool slide is out of use. Even the complimentary coffee is consistently cold. The manager fails to deliver on promises, and overall, the hotel falls well below even the most basic standards. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for a vacation. Only consider this hotel if you’re out of options and desperate, and even then, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

Room was clean and spacious. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body bar smelled great. Lots of towels. Lots of hot and cold breakfast options plus coffee, various teas, several kinds of juice and milk. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed and we received no notification - neither by email nor upon check-in. The closure was discovered when we went down to the pool area (waterslide was also closed)

The front desk staff were very nice and I was able to bring my dog. However, the sheets were thin and rough and irritated my face. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable and in a plastic bag which crinkled when I moved. I did not have a fitted sheet so the sheets kept sliding off. I had a terrible sleep and very disappointed given the price paid for the room.
