I like that fact that it was close to Roger's center, however trying to find the key was hard and dishwasher wasn't working, laundry was terrible, had to do multiple cycles to dry clothes, sofabed is not woth the peice or the bed was comfortable, came home with back pain.

Expecting to have a parking space when we arrived but we were told their parking space is full. Instead, were instructed to look for nearby parking area and end up parked 25 minutes walk away to the unit. Thumbs down for this one.

Windows aren’t very soundproof so traffic is quite loud but the room and building are great! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely consider them again when travelling.

Very very nice property. Lots of space, and well kept. We did have a shelf broken on arrival, but we let them know and it didn’t hinder our use. The check in process was a little different, but once we met the host we felt very safe! All around a great stay, thank you!

No accommodations for anyone with a disability, not even parking. So do not stay there if you need handicap parking. The company refused to even request if there were any available in the parking garage. They just did not care. Communication was fine at first, but once I checked in, the communications became very slow or nonexistent and on occasion down right snippy. I would not stay there again.

Check in was not efficient. GlobalStay/the person who was checking us in had us meet outside of Hoops Bar and Grill around the corner from the property. The Hoops Bar manager said this happens all the time. I had to call GlobalStay because we were waiting and we ended up having to wait outside for over 1 hour. I'm just glad it wasn't raining or snowing. We did everything they asked - texting them 30 minutes before arrival and yet the check in did not go smoothly at all.

Had an amazing 4 night stay here! Room was clean and had the most amazing view of the CN Tower. Was great walking distance to everything - couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - will be staying here again in the future!

Too complicated regarding the check in process, had to spend one night without a bed because it was broken, luckily it was fixed the day after but regardless we didn’t get anything refunded for that one day. Overall okay experience might not book again though.

Towel racks would fall when you put towels on them, tub sinks were clogged and mattresses would fall through bed frame. Location was great. Owner was unkind.

Check in process was a pain. They requested the time I expected to arrive the day before arriving. I replied with between 5:30-7:30pm (check in starts at 4:00pm) On arrival date they asked me to give them 30 minutes notice before arriving. I only gave them 15 minutes and arrived at 5pm. Then I stood on a sidewalk outside a restaurant for 1 hour waiting to be escorted 1 block to the condo. I called every 15 minutes and was told their rep was on the way. It was way to long to wait. The place is decent. The location is superb!

Nice place and good location byt very dissapointing that everyone done over email or text as there was broken faucet on bathtub. Tried to communicate with the office and tell them that there is no water for 2 days and i wanted refund but was simply told nothing can be done. Will just pay the extra 50 to 100 dollars a night for the hotel next time.

This group sent me the wrong address. They promised to include a fob to get in the building (which they did not do), so I had to wait for the concierge to let me in (and she went on breaks, so I had to wait for 15 minutes). It is very noisy, located right above a freeway.
