I booked for 5 days and stayed for 6 hours. Upon arrival staff misinformed me I was only putting my card on file and would be charged at check out time. "A pre authorization" Room smelled of food and the a/c gave a musty odor. There was no hot water. I was advised to let the water run 10 min and it would warm up; because it was an old building. The shower ran 30 min and never got warm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like I was laying on a box spring. I can confidently say this is a residential motel and Hilton should be ashamed. I felt like I was sleeping in a kitchen, the odor was overwhelming. That was the moment I realized I CANNOT BRING IN MY BIRTHDAY THIS WAY. I IMMEDIATELY CHECKED OUT. I WAS CHARGED ALL 5 DAYS AND HAD TO DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU CAN GET BETTER FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU DESERVE BETTER! DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hot water was a joke.
Not the best Hampton Inn in my opinion. Never had creamer out for the coffee station throughout the day. Hot water was luke warm at best for sink and shower in my room. Hot water pressure also was very low. Room otherwise was fine. Hotel needs to replace carpet on ground floor by conference rooms. Not a fan of this hotel connecting to the Homewood suites hotel either. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great stay, would recommend! We stayed in a 1 King size bed suite and it was very clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The breakfast was not great sadly...the eggs were watery and potatoe wedges were dried out and didn't seem fresh. As well, I didnt see any non-dairy alternatives. Besides that the stay was great.

Check in agent was not accommodating. Things I asked about she declined right away. The agent on the following morning was very pleasant and help immediately with requests. Manager made a racist act trying to stop us from taking our breakfast to the room, while not saying anything to others who was doing the exact same thing right in front of her, but she only addressed my wife. When pressed as to why we can’t and others were allowed, she tried to hide behind the front desk agent. That was absolutely unacceptable.

The staff were superlative: great care, consideration, and assistance to patrons. The rooms are well appointed. The fact that they don't have a full service restaurant and the breakfast is adequate leaves something to be desired. Great experience, though.

Transport to and from the airport was easy, convenient and friendly. Staff upon arrival and departure were fantastic! We will definitely return. Area for improvement: While we were very gracious to receive a breakfast bag (we had to leave before breakfast opened), the bagels were moldy and had to be trashed.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. It's on Eglinton but very quiet. Loved the large King room with study, sofa and arm chair.

Nice facility and room is clean and well maintained. The hotel offers breakfast daily and good food. All staff are friendly and understandable, especially front desk staff and shuttle drivers. A big thanks to Raquel as she accommodated us for early check in as we arrived early. Really appreciate it!
