The room was always clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful. I have no negative reviews; on the contrary, it's a great place to stay. They have laundry service for guests, and breakfast is included. I loved it.

Wonderful location, room and amenities were great. Staff friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good and it was a nice having coffee and hot water available in the lobby. It was also a bonus to be able to visit friends in the lobby area with the sofa and chairs.

There were school kids staying at the property and they played hokey in the corridors for three of the four nights I stayed there. The management were nonchalant about this even though I complained about it. They said ‘security’ will take care of it. They did not. It is not a Hilton standard property. Avoid if possible.
