Serious incompetence in the housekeeping staff with regards to cleanliness. The Management seemed sincere and worked to resolve everything. It was all a shame because the front desk and restaurant staff were exceptional, the facilities and general upkeep of the property were well done.

I will definitely never stay here again. This place has ruined my impressions on Hilton. Cleaner couldn’t even take out the dirty washcloths from the bathroom. Still hanging from precious guests. Old, dark and dingy. Wallpaper peeling. Bed is super old and hard as a rock. Spend the extra and go somewhere else.
