Picked the hotel because it had a pool. Pool was being renovated but was suppose to be completed before we arrived. It was not. Very disappointing for my 3 year old grandson.

Flight delayed, late checkin. Requested high floor quiet room away from elevator. First night the only room available was 2nd floor outside the elevator. Hotel staff moved us to 5th floor on the 2nd day. That’s good. Room clean and comfortable.

No antiskid bathtub mat
Overall, good facility & toiletries expected of a Hilton run hotel. However, this hotel does not have antiskid bathtub mat, when I requested. Other Hilton run hotel eg Double Tree had it on request. This hotel never had guest bathtub accidents? and was never anticipating one?
