The staff was excellent considering I came in on an unexpected flight after a train element caused extensive changes. I felt better knowing that when I arrived, and I was not on the reservation list said it will be OK. We have a room, compassion and understanding.

What would have been unacceptable prepandemic is now moderate and common. Just a general run down nature of everything. Walls, furniture and fixtures were marked up, remote must not have been the original because neither the guide nor menu buttons worked, cabinets did not close flush, there was a awkward sliding door in a room separating off the small entranceway from the rest of the room, a weird, opaque window between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the bathroom was exceedingly small. Staff was friendly and helpful enough, not overly so.
