Had a horrible experience checking in, took over 2 hours because their debt machine wasn’t functioning and their atm was down. I was told to walk to a neighbouring hotel with my minor child at 1:30 am.

The hotel is brand new and beautiful. However, there are no restaurants within reasonable walking distance. The information about shuttle from the airport is very confusing. We tried 4 different Holiday Inn shuttles and all went to other Holiday Inn Hotels. And the drivers, including the front desk we called, gave different and confusing information. It took us a good hour to get to the hotel that claims to be a few minutes from the airport

My stay at the hotel was overall good, however, as a light sleeper I would have expected the hotel workers to be a bit more cautious about the sound made early in the morning. At 6-7 am in the morning there were loud talking nosies coming from the hallway and it lasted for an hour. I had to catch a flight for the next day and it was extremely difficult to sleep. Please keep that in mind for the next guests.
