There was no hot water one night or following morning. Bathroom door didn't latch or lock. I confirmed availability of a cot by calling there call center. No cot was available when I arrivedbecauseoffire code. The call center lied. I had to sleep on the floor because of this. Breakfast was good. It was clean.

This was quite convenient in terms of walking anywhere in the city. Transportation was convenient as well. Staff were very friendly. Excellent place to stay with family including children.
