This is one of my first choices to stay at. Reasonable rates and updated rooms with free parking and breakfast. I enjoy the workspace in the room. Unfortunately i cant always stay here even though its my first choice because i sometimes only require 1 or 2 nights and the hotel declines my business because of a minimum night booking policy.

We enjoyed our stay, but after getting to the hotel and getting a sense the hotel may not be in a good area we look online a found concerning info. There is large police station right next door and another hotel, so that was good. Online it stated to not go out after dark, and we did not. I would not stay there again for safety concerns. But the hotel was nice and once inside all was good.

I found the day time staff at the facility was awesome .The attitude of the late night staff at front desk not so great. Breakfast was nice and much appreciated. Cleaning staff were helpful and kind. We would stay there again.

Ideal overnight hotel on outskirts of Toronto.
A lovely hotel, conveniently situated near main roads. Quiet location. Staff very friendly. Room large and very comfortable. Climate control very effective. Lovely new towels. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, huge TV and safe all excellent. Breakfast plentiful and good choice. Pool clean and had towels provided. Gym with three treadmills, two cross trainers, bike and lots of free weights.

Our floor was very loud and the staff did nothing to fix the problem. Dirty towels! Dirty towels is unacceptable! Overall very disappointing. My son and I travel often and we won’t ever be back.
