Really good value

Pros: Location good (subway nearby) and great staff.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Easy to get into the very centre. Went to the CN Tower, Aquarium and the hop on/hop off city bus tour is excellent and includes a boat trip.
If you want to go to Toronto on a limited budget then this hotel gives really good value. If you want luxury avoid it but if you just want somewhere to stay while enjoying Toronto and its surrounding area then we can thoroughly recommend it. Of particular note were the hotel staff. Very helpful and always prompt in responding to requests.

Schönes Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ausreichend. Bett könnte für 2 Personen etwas größer sein.

Ameisen im Zimmer, keine sauberen Bettlacken auch nicht bei nachfrage, das Personal fängt eher einen Streit mit einem an. Auf keinen Fall in dieses Hotel!

Nice Hotel near Toronto Downtown.

Hotel room was small and laut because air condition loud but clean and the Staff was very nice.

A nice hotel for sleeping

Pros: Staff, room was comfortable
Location: The hotel is also close to the subway and there's a lovely botanical garden nearby!
When I had read the reviews here I started second-guessing my choice, but the hotel was actually pretty good. The breakfast was pretty minimal but I was okay with that, I'm usually not that hungry in the mornings. The room was clean, the staff was mostly helpful and kind (one of the receptionist was a bit rude). Would stay there again if it was just for sleeping and resting, but not for much else.
