Upone entry to check in there was a person I can only assume is a homeless drug addict yelling profanities at myself husband and 3 small children 3-8yrs old - making them afraid to stay here.
The rooms advertised are Misleading to say the least. The walls had cracks, and were covered in marks and finger prints and the walls were chipped. The chairs for the “desk” were so dirty, and stained for the price of the room those could have at lease be cleaned properly. The patio furniture looked so weathered you couldn’t sit without worrying about splinters.
The entry door handle was so poorly attached it seemed like it was going to fall off. I booked for my family of 5 and got a table or “counter “ for 2. Which was also disappointing.
The Elevators were a disgrace- 50mins for an elevator to the ground floor from the high rise.
This place may have an excellent location but I’d suggest trying somewhere /anywhere else before spending the money on a condo space here. The only saving grace for this place was the staff were pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. And the pool didn’t disappoint. It was as expected.
This being said we would not go back, for the cost of staying here we could have stayed almost anywhere else, downtown with the same/similar ideal location-
