First let me state that I received a full refund from the property manager and did not end up staying at the property, I was satisfied with this resolution. However, I was deeply dissatisfied with everything leading up to that point and the inconvenience. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm, but he didn’t send the check-in instructions until after 5pm because the cleaners needed to finish up. There was only 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper for a 3-night stay, which according to the host…I could have asked for more. There were no bathroom towels supplied, which the host told me was due to “hygiene reasons”. I paid extra for parking and wasn’t even reserved a spot in the driveway, but was instead told to park on the curb. This was a classic “you get what you pay for” situation. I wouldn’t recommend.
