This was a great location for our trip. Check in was fast and staff were very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nicely updated recently. The beds in our room were okay but, they were noisy when you moved around. The television screen was mounted in a nice location. The bathroom was nice. The heat in the room was far too warm to sleep at night. When we tried to adjust the thermostat, it appeared to be permanently set to 21.5 cel despite several attempts to turn it down.

Close to Union Station so very convenient if you have to take the subway or the UP Express train to Pearson Airport. Lively neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options. Room was a bit dated but was clean and well maintained.
