First, when I arrived they had cancelled my reservation, no notification. Fortunately, there were rooms, but not very good first impression.
Second, no microwave in room, and the only one available was not very clean, had a bottom plate that was too large for the unit hence did not spin properly.
Third, the door could only be closed if you either pushed it hard, or pulled it hard creating a loud noise on the floor. Would not affect us, but not too good for the neighbours.
This was the eight Comfort inn we stayed at this year, but by far the worse.
