Lovely hotel, requested a for kettle (which arrived 10 mins after we booked in). All the hotel staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel location was in the idealy place for easy access to various tourist attactions.

Wonderful property, close to everything!
Our first trip to Toronto did not disappoint, partly because of this hotel! We were treated very well by the staff, the waterfront views were beautiful, and parking was a breeze. Excellent location!

A short distance to Rogers Centre. Parking underground was tight for larger vehicles. Hotel Restaurant was only open for breakfast that we could tell. No information provided in the room about room service or other amenities that were listed. Was clean & quiet.

Beautiful location at harbour front and easy walkability to downtown; nice rooftop pool and breakfast restaurant with a nice view, and friendly staff. Renovated and clean rooms, but noisy (depending on your neighbours), lacked soundproofing, and tv didn’t work.
