Location to Rogers Centre to watch the Jays was perfect- literally across the road. The condo had lots of room and was well-stocked. It does not have air conditioning so it was very warm. The hot tub wad not filled so we couldn't use it, but the pool area and pool were great. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within an easy walk. Would recommend!

The building is in an excellent location. Only one elevator was working in a 27 floor high-rise the whole time we were there. The apartment had everything necessary, but needed some maintenance. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. The window in the bedroom did not open.

Great location to the ball park . Super clean easy check in. I will say the bed was not super comfortable. But for one night it was great.

Elevator issues, waited at times 30 mins for an elevator. Disabled Veteran, I would have taken the stairs, but there were way too many floors for me. 1 elevator on the left operating, and maintenance was using the other serviceable one to carry furniture, so the public couldn’t use it.
Elevator issues made it impossible to take advantage of the pool.

This hotel recently had a severe flood on the 14th floor that effected all floors below. The hallways were all tore up and had dozens of electric air blowers running on each of the effected floors trying to dry out the carpeting. ALSO...of the six elevators in this building, only 1 for each of the dedicated floors were working. This means that for the "Low rise side of the building that effected floors 5-27 which we were assigned to floor 6, there was only one working elevator of the 3 that were dedicated to our floors. This caused huge delays in getting to and from our room. When the one working elevator would finally stop on our floor it was already unsafely overloaded with other people who had already been waiting 20-40 mins for an elevator. This created another safety concern as a lot of people, some who had mobility issues using walking canes to use the concrete stairs to either gain access to the ground floor or even worse having to climb multiple floor levels of stairs to gain access to their rooms. In the event of a medical emergency or a fire, there would have been multiple fatalities before any emergency services could be of any help. None of these inconveniences were communicated back to me or my party before out arrival. I would be interested in knowing the the Health or building inspectors of Toronto downtown would think of this situation if they were to do an inspection

The Property was in a great location. The Superior Apartment unit worked well with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the unit needed some TLC. the balcony is nice but rooms from above drop garbage and cigarette butts down. The elevators were not running for the lower floors. With the Superior Apartment being right next to the elevators to the higher floors, you can hear the elevators running all night so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Tiny room. Somebodys unsold shoebox codo. Checkin too 25 mins because of miscommumication with security desk by rivet stays people. Wound up being moved to different room for the one in email they sent. Too much hassle!

The building had multiple elevators down and apparently it had been going on for weeks in some cases. It made the wait times for the one or two working elevators absolutely unacceptable (15 minutes) and uncomfortable (long lines and people jammed in).The management company should have made us aware and looked for alternatives or at least offered some compensation.

Great place to stay! The only downside is the wait for the elevators. There should be multiple elevator options for a building as busy as this place. Otherwise its great place when visiting toronto and its environs.
