It is a beautiful hotel but when I was checking in with my partner and my son after booking for three people they tried to upsell me to a two bedroom suite from a one bedroom suite. She made it seem as though it was a favor for my birthday but it would have been an additional $1,500 so more than double what we were paying for our current room. I said no and then we checked in went out for our planned show came back at 10:00 and realized the sofa bed didn't have any bedding. Call down to ask about this as I was surprised they didn't make it up knowing that we had three people. They said the sofa bed doesn't work, they knew this when we checked in but nobody told us despite the fact I was there with my son and he needed that bed. And they said they would bring up sheets and we waited at least 30 minutes after a long night just so my son could go to bed. For the average hotel this wouldn't be a big deal but this was a incredibly expensive and they seem so concerned about customer service when you check in but I feel we were just deliberately pushed towards a different room because they knew that this bed wouldn't work and no one told us but they knew it didn't work. Very disappointing.
