Room was very nice. No one at desk when we arrived as he is also working the lounge however he was just standing behind bar maybe on his phone and left me waiting at desk. There certainly was not any urgency when he did finally decide to come back to the desk.

My 7yr old went washroom, pooed and clogged, my kids used very minimal toilet paper so its not the cause of clog..called front desk for service and took couple of calls before an attendant came with a long stick/tool to unclog. Didnt expect this to happen and my kids said the wifi sucks as well.
