We loved this hotel. The rooms are huge relative to others Toronto hotels. Very nice washrooms. I was impressed with how affordable it was. It was very quiet as well. I will be returning in the future.

Room was not as described on the booking , none of the rooms had a tub as I made sure I booked a room that said shower or tub. Ac was not working first two nights, slep in high temperatures 25.5 and I had to ask for a fan to help air circulation for me and my 4 year old. Staff were nice but not helpful, no one has a clue what is happening on technical level in hotel not even engineer lol. I feel bad writing this review but I was very disappointed in my experience since I stepped foot into the hotel. I has sent the hotel a special request message three days before check in but never received a reply. I requested a tub, higher and quieter floor and fridge in my room for my special needs toddler. Very nice hotel but our needs as a special needs family was not met or appreciated even though we requested all accommodation before checking in. We were compensated 150 dollars towards our bill upon check out but I think our time lost between what went wrong and what was wrong could never be compensated.

The fire alarm went off twice in the night and the manager was very accommodating at check out to compensate for the situation. It was very much appreciated. Premises were very pleasing aesthetically and service was great. I would stay there again.

I booked with the hotel late in the evening, after having a very difficult day. Taniya was very receptive and kind. She took time out to listen to the struggle I was having with another nearby hotel. She went over and beyond her job, turning a horrible evening into a pleasant one. She is by far a great asset to the hotel and a great example to her peers on how to provide customer service. Job well done! You are very much appreciated. Thank you Taniya! Now give her a raise!

Right from stepping inside this beautiful hotel you are treated like a valued customer. And the rooms are Amazing. The beds are luxurious and pillows are so comfy. The entire King delux room was not disappointing at all. Espreso machine luxurious white robe and the rain shower was really nice touch. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed
