When we arrived at the hotel we had great service from the front desk team. When going to our room we found curly hair in the bath tub, glitter still on the carpet, rust on the wall mounts in the bathroom; there were stains on the curtain. The beds felt like you slept on the floor…. There are no do not disturb signs so be prepared to be woken up early! Some guests on our floor had what smelt like an electrical fire and was told to just open the balcony?! The pictures do not match what you see upon arrival and need updates; which is very upsetting.

Short stay when passing through Toronto. Great location if one is on the road and continuing east to Ottawa the next morning as it avoids a lot of the city’s traffic.

We have stayed here in the past as it was a convenient location to our family and event, but this year it was apparent that this property has not been updated in several years. The wallpaper was peeling, and everything was old and outdated. It definitely did not look like the photo shown on this page or the website. We were disappointed in the condition of the room and the lack of thermostat on the heating unit. It was either hot or cold. Would only stay here again if the place was updated or the price lowered.

Beautiful view of the Don Valley. Room and furniture a little outdated but comfortable. Bathroom could be improved. But overall very convenient and loved there was a store where I could buy milk for morning tea/coffee.

The property needs a face lift. The rooms are sub-par - older bed, older ripped/destroyed furniture, shaky faucet and creaky bathtub. The housekeeping needs to pay a bit more attention to smaller details such as wiping the microwave too. Ours was left in a greasy state just as it was used. The overall look and feel of the place is like a motel. The only nice thing here was the heated bathroom floor. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely disgusting - cobwebs everywhere, the place smelled terrible, sheets smelled like cigarettes, the fridge smelled like old food. There was hair everywhere all over the bathroom, desks and sheets. I can’t say enough bad things about this place. We were in a basement room- it seriously felt like a dungeon. The only thing that was okay was the location. I was going to complain but I just wanted to get out of there!

This was absolutely disgusting. There was worms crawling up our wall. The wallpaper was peeling in every wall. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet paper hanger ripped off wall Very dirty room.
