Pleasant hotel in a somewhat bustling part of town. Near the Bloor/Yonge subway stop and transportation to the downtown area is relatively quick (between 20-25 minutes). Staff are very nice, professional and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Free continental breakfast in the morning Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in a check-out was very easy. The convenience of the full fridge, kettle, and oven were wonderful pluses. It was also very close to all the transportation we needed since we did not rent a car. The couch in our room was very worn and was flaking off. The sheets on our bed had some stains as well.

The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish! Everything was clean and quiet. It is an older building and you can definitely see the "patch-ups" in the room, but nevertheless, we had a great view of the city and the suite felt modern. The mattress was really firm (traditional spring mattress), so as a side sleeper who's used to a plusher euro-top mattress, I didn't sleep as well as I'd wanted. Amazing walking score though!

Older building but still a great place to stay. Good transport options, comfy bed. Spacious living/kitchen area. Hot water for shower not as hot as I’d like it. There was a complimentary breakfast with muffins fruit yoghurt coffee and juice, which wasn’t advertised but a nice added extra. Had some issues with my room swipe cards but didn’t really impact my stay. Would stay here again.
