Our stay was excellent. However hotel only provide airport pickup and dropoff once. We assumed that it is regular service for duration of the stay. This was our fault however hotel accommodated us couple of times.

Overall hotel is New and very clean. Breakfast was good compared to other hotels in area. Mattress hurt my back. It was too soft. I enjoyed my 3 nights stay.

There was no pen and paper in room, no information guide in the room (it was downstairs). You had to get outside dinner brochures downstairs (should be the room). Your website indicates SOUNDPROOF rooms, but the airplane takeoffs were very audible late into the night.

The shuttle service runs every hour. I waited with my mother who is unstable on her feet for over an hour- the reason according to front staff being traffic at 10:53 pm! Really? A hotel that is about 20 minutes away with an hourly shuttle service! Despite that you must be in the lobby of the hotel 10 minutes before the shuttle leaves. How does that work? Leave us stranded at the airport while we must be early at checkout! I even contacted them before my arrival- 2 weeks before, 1 day before and on arrival at the pick up post! It was not worth the hastle of the limited time we spent in the hotel 11am-4am. Tru Hilton, deplorable!

Very good overall, clean, friendly, breakfast was good for a free breakfast. it is very close to the airport runways so just expect o hear the planes unitil around midnight.
