The property has keyless entry with a passcode provided to allow access to the property. Garage is provided for 1 small vehicle. There is free off-street parking located in the next street over if required.

Modern, clean and surprisingly spacious. A perfect launching pad to explore Torquay. We were meant to see Rod Stewart, who cancelled, so we had a lovely night with take away Chinese!

This townhouse was very nice and clean. Location was excellent close to everything. Very well equipped ( cutlery, crockery etc) the 2.5 bathroom was a bonus. Would recommend to family and friends next time in Torquay will definitely checking if this is available.
