Amazing villa
The villa is amazing! Everything you need there and very comfortable. Went to beach Los Alcazeros and although they had 15 empty sumbeds refused us to hire said all reserved. Didn't feel welcome sadly.

Lovely location
Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Villa is in a great spot, not far from the spa and outside restaurants. We loved the pool, great size. Villa was very well equipped with everything you could need inc chargers, towels, kitchen things etc. We found the hosts very responsive and helpful when we needed to contact them. No major issues to report. We didn’t use any of the facilities on the site. The paddle courts are part of a club with a €20 per person, per day charge which seemed a bit excessive. May have been tempted to try the golf if pitch & putt was available but we couldn’t see that, definitely more of a serious golf course. It’s a very pretty, well kept area. We noticed every day groundsmen were out tending the front lawns and pavements.

Great villa in a quiet golf resort. The photos don’t do the villa justice, it is really quite spacious indoors and cool with 3 good size bedrooms and decent sized bathrooms, perfect for 2 adults and two teenagers. The villa has a great sized pool with really nice water temp and plenty of pool toys which along with the new table tennis table kept us all entertained. The Wi-Fi at villa was great and the Wii kept us busy when we needed a break from the sun! The kitchen had everything we needed and a large fridge/freezer which was great for all our supplies. The supermarket is a 5min walk away so as we didn’t have a car, we used the very useful shopping bag trolley on wheels and large beach bags (at the villa) to carry our water and beverages back, very handy in the heatwave! We didn’t fancy the loud entertainment at the golf club/Clover bar so headed to the boulevard for dinner most nights. We particularly liked the Players bar for drinks/football,the Tasty Bites Indian, Gustoza Italian and Chill out pizza for casual eat in/takeaway. Also mention the MMGR club just down the road was great for beer and tapas any time of day. Headed to Los Alcazares one evening (15 euros each way in taxi) and enjoyed the shops, bars and the atmosphere outside, would have liked to visit in the day but was too hot when we visited. All in all a very relaxing week during the back end of the heat wave in a really nicely furnished comfortable villa,we highly recommend if that’s what you are after..

The Villa is perfect for a family Holiday ,it has everything you would need . It is in an ideal position in the development,close to everything. With some great beaches not far from the Villa . We will definitely book again.

Great villa
Great sized villa, close to all onsite & offsite amenities. Heated pool was fab in the winter and allowed us to use every day. The villa had everything we needed, thanks for letting us stay!

Not quite sure have to rate this lovely villa
Lots better than the pictures… lovely location on the resort.. great Com’s from the owners and helpful nice key holders.. private in the back garden.. all in all a great villa at a great price.. now for the one but important negative… after day 3 the pool started to turn green and by the end of the week it was dark green and no way could you swim in it for the second half of the holiday…and it really did impact on are holiday as all we wanted to do was relax and swim..l am not blaming the owner or key holder .. but the pool cleaner and the cleanliness of the pool really needs to be addressed because it is letting down (on this occasion ) a great value package

Fabulous villa on an excellent resort
Great villa well equipped and very comfortable and in a great location on the resort . Any issues were dealt with immediately The owner Shannon and key holder John were excellent . Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and well stocked supermarket .The private heated pool was an added bonus . Can’t wait to book again .

Excellent Villa
Pictures don’t do the villa justice, it has everything you need, great location, 3-5 mins walk to spar & boulevard where there is a good selection of bars/restaurants, 2 mins from main hotel & amenities, pool is a great size and the pool heating was perfect for a stay in October (also reasonably priced extra compared to other villas we’ve stayed in) owner was extremely helpful, I would definitely stay again and will highly recommend

Lovely villa
I stayed in this lovely villa with 3 of my friends. Check in and check out process was absolutely fantastic and the host was so accommodating to our needs. Had everything you needed and more! I would definitely stay back at this villa, the location is fab and it has working air con and lots of space. We left our lilos there and hope to see them next year as we’ll definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

Excellent villa
We have stayed on this resort a few times and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Pool heating was great seeing as it was February. Villa is very well equipped with a superb new kitchen. Loads of extras Wii, Alexa and loads of pool and board games plus a brand new table tennis table. Will be returning for sure.

Fab family holiday 😎🤗🌞🏡
Just returned from a fab family holiday in this great villa.😍 We arrived a little later than arranged due to car hire confusion at the airport. Within 15 mins of arrival, Leaza arrived to check all was ok for us, and to show us how the aircon ect worked. We have stayed on the resort many times over the passed 5 years and love it. 🤗This was one of the best villas we have holidayed in. We spent 17 nights as a family of 5, with other family joinng us on the resort for a week during our stay, some in another villa and some in the hotel. We had the best time👍 Altogether there was 12 of us,🤗 there was no problem cooking for us all on most nights. The BBQ was fab, 🍗🥩🍔🥗🥓, everything we needed in the kitchen, and anything else we needed we picked up from the Chinese shop near the Dialprix supermarket so all good👍. This lovely home in the sun, had a fab living space, good sized bedrooms, lovely bathroom and en-suite. Fab outdoor space, for dining and relaxing by the pool, 🤽‍♀️😎👙which was also a good size. Any issues we had Leaza was there and we sorted straight away, she was brilliant 💐 The villa is just a short walk to the hotel, on site supermarket, paddle courts and the restaurants on the Boulevard, so an ideal spot to spend your time in the sun🌞. Great communication with Shannon the owner, any question we had prior to our arrival was answered promtley. You truly have a home from home in the sun 💝. We hope to return soon, 🤞🏡many thanks to both of you, Shannon and Leaza.👏👏 We have wonderful family memories for us to treasure for ever.💞 Very best wishes Lisa & Family xx xx

Lovely villa
Lovely villa ideal for any family. Everything is provided and available and lots of extras that are very handy ie Alexa speaker, international plugs, books and board games to keep you entertained for days. Villa over looks a golf course and is set in a golf complex. Plenty of entertainment night and day. Could not recommend it highly enough.

Lovely villa with pool
We stayed for a week at the end of June with adult children and partners, so 6 of us in all and there was plenty of room. The pool is great, lovely and clean and a good size with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture by the pool and on the upstairs terrace. We used the outdoor dining area and gas barbecue most days but also enjoyed the big tv and comfy lounge. The whole villa is tastefully furnished with new bathrooms upstairs and comfy beds with A/C for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the little extras including filter coffee machine and electric juicer for fresh coffee and Spanish orange juice at breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problems cooking for 6 most nights. The villa backs on to the edge of the golf course so the back garden feels open even with a hedge for privacy and is not directly overlooked. Overall I would highly recommend this villa for a family or couple and would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Great location, superb Villa and Pool !
WE love the location of the villa on the Mar Menor Golf resort as it is so close to the hotel, onsite shop, padel tennis and only a short distance walk to the Boulevard with new restaurants opening all of the time. The villa has been updated and the new bathrooms upstairs are lovely. We paid to have the pool heated which was lovely and warm, despite the heavy rainfall that we had while we were there ! Will definitely be returning here

The Villa was perfectly situated on the complex so nothing is more than a few minutes walk
I went there in half term with my 2 boys as we fancied a quick get away. We were not disappointed, the Villa was spotlessly kept and exactly how it was portrayed in the advert. It was perfectly located for both the hotel (2 minute walk) and the new Spar supermarket (4 minute walk) and the Boulevard where the bars/restaurants are (5 minute walk). Shannon was very helpful and always on end for even the most obscure question such as “where is the nearest crazy golf”. I would definitely consider renting the Villa again in the future.

Fantastic villa
I would highly recommend this villa. We loved staying here and had a great holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and very well equipped with everything that you would need. The pool is beautiful and we spent most of the week chilling out by the pool and we all enjoyed the basket chairs they were so comfortable. This villa is also in a great location on the resort's as it is easy walking distance to spa, the hotel and the restaurants on the boulevard. The communication from the owners was excellent and lots of helpful information was provided before we arrived. Thank you also to Leiza for the shopping and for being so helpful.

Beautiful villa and amazing resort
This was our first time in this villa and 8th time on resort. The villa was beautiful, everything we needed and perfect location The kids especially loved the wii to play on and use of the scooters. The pool is huge and lovely and warm with the heaters on. Met the neighbors too who were lovely. We hire a car and travel to Los Alcázares and local beaches, Horadada is my favourite. We will be booking this villa again 😊

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location
What a beautiful villa! From our initial enquiry through to departure information, I felt well looked after, with answers to all my questions. The villa is exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool is a good size and the outside dining area is perfect with a gas BBQ. Bedrooms are fine, with air/con in 2 of them... refurbished bathrooms are great. All the extras at the villa were great - smart TV, Wii, hair gadgetry, pool toys, scooters etc... an excellent added touch! The kids loved the egg seats!!! The golf resort is relaxed and offers many facilities but we mainly travelled to the nearby beaches and towns... a fantastic villa location to explore the Mar Menor. Not only did Leeza help up with any house issues, she also pointed us in the right direction for good food and beaches etc... We've had a wonderful holiday here and hope to return again in the future ... many thanks :-)
