The studio is equipped with air conditioning. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: there are many restaurants and cafes, small shops, and a pharmacy nearby. There is a DIAL PRIX supermarket within walking distance. There is a park opposite the house, a little further - a children's park and the Garden of Nations, beloved by city residents. The sea and Los Naufragos beach are no more than 300 meters away! Accommodation option - two people (no animals!). Smoking is prohibited in the apartment!
