While the property is a little out of the way so necessitates bus travel, the staff made up for this inconvenience by their attentiveness and care. The apartment was also super clean. Great place — with a good coffee shop across the road.

It was better than we expected, my wife and I. Big studio room with 3 beds. Clean and tidy. Great staff. Couple of cabinet' s door s and handles need to be fixed. For one night stay that was great value for money. We will be happy to back again even for more nights.

Too much noise from other tenants kids/ young ones. It seems unsafe because you really don’t know if they are clients or trespassers, noisy until midnight somewhere at the back area, other than that the place was clean.

I have stayed at quite a few motels in Townsville, this stay is my second time at the Cascades Motel in Townsville, and it certainly won't be the last. It is shaping up to be my "go to motel in Townsville" because it is head and shoulders better than most of the rest. And that's not a hard decision to come by.
