Great location, but the room I had was a bit tired. I did book the cheapest room because I was travelling for work, but I wonder if I paid a bit more if I would have been allocated a much better room. Sunday markets out the front of the hotel, walkable to main strip, super friendly staff.

The property is showing it's age. The pool was out of order. Funnily enough it was also out of order 18 months ago when I stayed. The card reader for after hours access was faulty. Staff were friendly enough. Very obliging with extra towels when needed.

I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for renovations. I believe this should have been mentioned on this site, as I was looking forward to lying by the pool. I complained to the check in staff and they upgraded me into a nicer room.

Smells musty. Checked in to find adjoining door open, then could not be fixed. Made to check in again. Carpets and furniture stained. Bedding stained. Room not made up. Won't be back.

Good night's sleep, room clean, bed made up every day since i was there. The aircon was cut off at 3.00pm the 2nd night however it did not worry me. Overall, I had 3nights of good sleep. I checked in at 2:30pm Sunday afternoon and the male staff who was rostered on very nice, friendly and made me feel very welcome.
