A great heritage hotel. Very close to the ferry terminal and an easy walk to the esplanade (lots of cafes/restaurants). Reception was friendly and helpful! Would stay again!
I had gone away with my family and enjoyed it. I'm just not too sure if someone other than myself had entered the room while I had gone out for the day. Other than that staff were very hospitable and friendly and were extremely happy to help when needed so I thank them and I'll love to return back. Also pet friendly my dog was extremely happy during her stay also.
The property was in a convenient location. Provided accommodation for pets and staff ensured that we had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and carefully maintained. Loved the pool and quiet especially for a central location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way.
Lovely room and appointments. If I were to be picky - a boutique venue might be expected to have quality tea and coffee. The little things do get noticed and compared by travellers.
An enjoyable break in a community conscious town.
