放鬆旅程
員工態度友善和親切、服務很貼地、他們會帶我們進入房間、講解酒店内設施和安排我們試穿浴衣。房外對望是河流、水流急行很壯觀、酒店内温泉是半露天、環景很舒適。晩上浸完温泉穿上浴衣便到大堂拍照、當時大堂燈光熄掉、本想回房間去、怎料堂燈光又亮起了、心知大堂當藉員工是特別為我們開啓、真覺得他們很體貼和不好意思、所以便立刻拍照和向他們道謝後便回房間去了。他們服務是超讚。

美味し食事と快適な温泉
ホテルはトロッコ列車の駅から徒歩5分ほどですが、丁寧に送迎してくれました。 夕食、朝食ともに部屋に運んでくれて仲居さんが丁寧に料理の説明をしてくれました。 お風呂は、大浴場と露天風呂が別の階にあるため、服を来て移動しなければなりませんが、日が変わると露天風呂の男女が入れ替わるため、3種類のお風呂が楽しめます。 料金はやや高めでしたが、満足しています。
